  • Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination.
  • A total of 100 questions will be asked in this exam and all the questions will be objective type multiple choice questions.
  • In this exam, 90 minutes of time will be given to solve the question paper.
  • The question paper will be in both Hindi and English languages.
  • It is mandatory for general category and other backward class candidates to get 40% marks for qualifying whereas for SC and ST category candidates it is mandatory to get 35% marks in this exam.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification based on the position of candidates in the merit list and the number of seats in the respective trades. The following original documents have to be submitted at the time of document verification along with a self-attested copy:

  • Tenth grade marks table.
  • Class X pass certificate for verification of date of birth. No other documents will be valid for verification of date of birth, only class X pass certificate will be valid.
  • Caste certificate for SC, ST, OBC and economically weaker candidates.
  • A certificate from the Principal of the polytechnic / school / college / institute stating the date of publication of the result from where the candidate has done his class 12th / ITI (Fitter) / Graduate / Diploma course.
