The SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2025 is officially scheduled to be conducted from August 13 to August 30, 2025, in multiple shifts across the country. This exam is part of the recruitment drive for various Group B and Group C posts under the Central Government.
The SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam 2025 is tentatively scheduled for December 2025. Candidates who qualify Tier 1 will be eligible to appear in the Tier 2 exam.
The online application started on June 9, 2025 and ended on July 4, 2025. Fee payment was allowed till July 5, 2025.

SSC CGL Educational Qualification 2025
- For Junior Statistical Officer: Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard or Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
- For Statistical Investigator Grade-II: Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects from a recognized University or Institute.
- All other Posts: Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
